RAIN ! & No 0 CALVES

The paddocks at Boogalgopal are looking an absolute picture following a welcome 330mm of steady soaking rain for the months of January and February. The odd 3 Day case is evident, but , fortunately the cattle affected have recovered within the week.

Branding of the No 0 calves is now completed  and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the calves-now showing the benefit of the abundant start to the season.

Shown below are some of the 48 progeny from one of our single sire herds (Brahrock Baxter),born from early September through to mid November.
