The present grey female herd was bred up from early 1970 with foundation bull ALLAWAH DEXTER. Cherokee bloodlines featured strongly in the early years with CHEROKEE ARMILLA, CHEROKEE EEHU and CHEROKEE LUCKY STRIKE. These solid Australian genetics laid a firm foundation for the introduction of the American bloodlines evidenced in our acquisition of bulls such as Avondale Elete and Lugenor O'Grady 7082 in the 1980s.

JDH bloodlines were used from 1994 including Tartrus Sir Bronson, Tartrus Starbuck 3403 (P), Lancefield Blockbuster 8399 , GLENGARRY DUNSTAN 405 and son of Dunstan Boogalgopal Lector 1980

Cherokee bloodlines were also reinstated through the use of Wandarri Valpariso 1535 and WILTONY CALLAGHAN 297 (P)

More recent grey sires include FBC D INVESTOR de MANSO 306 by Madison de Manso and Boogalgopal Casual Manso 2304 - a son of FBC Investor .
